After a full evaluation of the leaders in the BPM market, TMG selected Pegasystems’ PRPC to be the platform for their new enterprise, and TECHCOREmss was chosen as the preferred services provider to implement the entire BPM solution. Phase 1 involved evaluation to test the ability for PRPC to deliver the specified objectives, which involved replacing TMG’s Medicaid call center and application used to enroll new patients in Medicaid programs. TECHCOREmss put a full lifecycle team in place and took the project from inception to production.

The project was delivered on time, within budget, and surpassed client expectations. TMG Heath sponsors were impressed by the overall success with the first phase, and as a result, the client decided to continue the contract with TECHCOREmss as the lead in the development effort to fully invest in an enterprise development for the PRPC.
